Company Mission, Vision and Values
Pat Layher has over 30 years in the mining industry. He served as the North American Director of Operations for Bucyrus International just prior to the acquisition by Caterpillar. Prior to that he spent a combined 7 years as General Manager and General Superintendent of the Bucyrus Northwest Regional Operations group.,
In addition, Pat spent 4 years as the dragline/shovel maintenance planner for Rio Tinto Energy and from 1992-2000 he worked erecting draglines and worked on maintenance crews at the mines.
Pat has extensive experience with supervision, management, equipment utilization, project planning and execution and providing customers with industry leading service.
